Located in the St. George area of Staten Island, an area that is now experiencing a renaissance.
It is spurred on by several major projects that will be located on or near one main artery - Bay Street.
Bay Street is the gateway
to Staten Island, anchored on one end by the Staten Island Ferry Terminal at St. George and on the other by the Gateway National
Recreation Area at Fort Wadsworth.
Bay Street is home to five of the oldest towns on Staten Island: Rosebank, Clifton, Stapleton,
Tompkinsville and St. George - all dating back three centuries. St. George is now a New York City designated high-tech district and
there has been a rebirth of commercial activities.
